We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unused products in their original packaging.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
• Products must be unopened and unused
• Original packaging and seals must be intact
• Proof of purchase required
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact us at support@real-bloom.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and instructions
4. Ship the product back using a trackable method
REFUND PROCESS
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Original payment method will be credited
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
EXCHANGES
We gladly offer exchanges for different products or sizes. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
